Regarding officer term lengths:
● Years: “The chair, vice chairs, communications officer, membership officer, and five of the directors at large shall be elected in odd years. The remaining officers and directors at large shall be elected in even years.” (DFLPC Constitution, Article IV, Section 3).
● Quarters: “The Progressive Caucus shall hold an annual meeting of the general membership in the second quarter of each year.” (DFLPC Constitution, Article VII, Section 3).
● Vacancies: “The coordinating committee may temporarily fill the vacancy of any officer or director for a term ending at the close of the next annual meeting. At the next annual meeting, the position shall be filled by election by the general membership for the remainder of the original term or for a new term. (DFLPC Constitution, Article IV, Section 5).
