The DFL Progressive Caucus will be conducting our Annual Membership Meeting on Monday, June 15, 2026 starting at 6:30 pm.
The business to be taken up at this Annual Meeting includes the election of a Secretary, Treasurer, and Outreach and Inclusion Officer, as well as 8 Directors At Large (2 serving for one-year terms and 6 serving for two-year terms). Additionally, amendments to our constitution and bylaws will be in order. Our constitution stipulates that all amendments must be submitted in writing to the chair prior to the annual meeting. They must be signed by no less than 15 members of the Progressive Caucus or a majority of the coordinating committee members.
Proposed amendments will be added to the Proposed Constitutional Changes tab of the notice document, as they are received and at the chair’s earliest convenience. The proposed agenda and proposed rules are also included as tabs on the document. The Zoom preregistration, the DFLPC Membership Form and our Constitution are all linked below.
Please note that preregistering for the meeting creates a specific link for you to individually use to attend the meeting. This is a recommended best practice for credentialing online community caucus meetings. If you do not preregister and attend the meeting using someone else’s link, you will appear in the meeting as a duplicate of the person whose link you used. Please take a few moments to preregister.
All are invited to attend the DFL Progressive Caucus Annual Meeting, but only active members are eligible to vote, per page A-13, Section 1.3.a.-d. of the DFL Rulebook. To be considered an active member, you must have filled out our membership form by 11:59 pm on 06/13/2026, and you must have been in attendance at a DFLPC event/meeting on or after 6/15/25 to vote.
